Rome’s city council will soon open up public buildings, including the city’s most famous monuments, like the Colosseum, for wedding ceremonies. The city council wants to not throw away the proposal made last year which would allow couples to tie the knot in some of Rome’s most famous locations.
Possible sites to host nuptials include the Olympic stadium and the Colosseum, considered “a true dream for who knows how many couples”.
