Culture lovers are being offered an Art Safari across Italy that will feature the Forum, the Villa Borghese gardens and tourist-loved sites in Florence, Milan and Naples rather than lions and hippos.
The project is the result of an idea by the Ara Macao association and includes a series of books, tours guided by art experts and a free app with information on the website www.safaridarte.it “Art Safari was born out of a need to stimulate the wish for exploration of the past and the conviction that culture is an enrichment for everyone,” said the association’s president, Raffaella Tiribocchi. On offer are 10 Play&Learn travel book titles in A5 format in Italian and English for tours in Rome, Florence and Milan including unconventional itineraries for young and old, tourists and citizens.
