During my recent Culinary Tour in Sicily, in several restaurants we were served Cannoli Scomposti, a Decontructed Cannoli. Same old ingredients as a traditional Cannolo but served in a very creative way that make for a beautiful presentation and fun to eat and easy to share!
Ingredients:
Cup Cannoli Cream, 3 Large Cannoli Shells, Crushed Pistachio, Chocolate Syrup
Directions/Steps
Put the Cannoli Cream in a pipimg bag and pipe the cream at the center of a serving plate in the shape of a rose. Brake the Cannoli shells longways and insert them in the creamin the design that you prefer. Garnish with crushed pistachio and chocolate syrup.
