This course is open to all levels and combines Eldoa (a series of postural exercises designed to improve back pain and posture) with the benefits of Hatha yoga. Each class will focus on balance, strength and flexibility, which together with breathing will leave us focused, energized and ready to move through the weekend! This course will be offered on Zoom and in person (when students will be allowed to go back to our headquarter.)
