Smoked Mullet


Smoked mullet is one of the most representative products of the Cabras area. Excellent to be eaten in slices as an appetizer by adding extra virgin olive oil and lemon. It lends itself to many tasty recipes, for example combined with spiny artichokes and a sprinkling of mullet bottarga. Also exceptional on pizza but especially in pasta with cherry tomatoes, olive oil and garlic.
