Our objective is to properly educate students to the pleasures of the table and to good food. The instructor will share the concepts of simple, yet sophisticated Italian cuisine while teaching you how to prepare a gourmet meal. It’s a fun occasion to also learn and practice Italian and learn about the origin and history behind some recipes. (Now online!)
