Italian Cultural Society Of Washington DC
CELI is a certification of Italian language competence that tests language knowledge and communication, released by The University for Foreigners of Perugia. The exam takes place in three annual sessions (Spring, Summer and Fall), in Italy at the University for Foreigners of Perugia, and abroad in the authorized offices, such as The Italian Cultural Society of Washington DC.
