IFERRARI – Venere is the original completely Italian brown rice, with a delicate taste and aroma reminiscent of freshly baked bread. Its grains are black due to the presence of anthocyanins, antioxidants of the flavonoid family. Excellent paired with fish and vegetables, but also with meats and cheeses. Cultivated in Sardinia.
