Original handcrafted product. The tuna is salted and dried for 15 days with aromatic herbs, then it is lightly smoked and left to marinate in local red wine from the Cabras area. We advise you to try it as an appetizer after having delicately sliced it and sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil, lemon and pepper. If you have the bottarga of our production at hand, we recommend a light sprinkling to further color the dish.
