Borgo Solario, Umbria/Tuscany

The farmhouse, situated between Tuscany and Umbria in the proximity of the Transimeno Lake, is composed of 8 APARTMENTS divided into two types: 2+2 e 2+3. 

The 4 apartments of  TYPE 2+2 are on the ground floor and composed by: 

Double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people (two single beds), bathroom with shower.

The 4 apartments of TYPE 2+3 are on first floor and composed by:

Two bedrooms (of which always one double bed room), living-room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower.

Based on the composition of the family or group who books, we assign the most suitable apartment based on availability.

FEATURES:

Each apartment features a full furnished kitchen, bathroom with hairdryer and towels, bedroom with sheets and covers, thermostat to set the temperature of radiators. Each apartment has an equipped area with garden chairs and table. 

A  COMMON ROOM with games is available to our guests, SWIMMING POOL (6×12 mt with roman steps for convenient access to the pool), PLAY GROUND near by the pool with giant chessboard & snake & ladders, soccer table and slide for the youngest.

BREAKFAST:

On reservation it is possible to have breakfast near by the pool in our common room. It is a buffet and price is 7 € per PERSON.
