Villa Emo is the most balanced between the Palladian Villas. It represents a symbol of Palladio’s architecture. Villa Emo has got a wonderful park, with lots of artistic shaped hedges, that’s the art of topiary! It seems that the Emo family was among the first to introduce maize to this place, so they invented the local typical dish called Polenta!
