Cibus Fair Opens in Parma until May 12
Salami and cheese will be showcased at Cibus (Ph: rohypnol)
Cibus international Fair opened today in Parma until May 12, showcasing many new products aiming to introduce some innovation and the raising trend for a healthier eating.
 
Organisers Fiere di Parma and Federalimentare announced that some food products might debut during the fair, while some others on display have just debuted on to the market at the beginning of this year. Products to be featured include ham with sea salt and no preservatives, salami and cheese spreads, organic Parmesan, and gluten-free crackers.
